“Ukrainian MPs with deep sorrow have learned the news about numerous casualties as a result of a horrible tragedy – crash of a military transport airplane near Oum El Bouaghi in the east of Algeria,” the Telegram reads.

Volodymyr Rybak, on behalf of Ukrainian people’s deputies, asks to convey words of condolences and support to the near and dear ones of the deceased.
